2. Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT) - Are you as happy as you wish? Do you get along  with your  partner, children, co workers and friends? Do you struggle with insomnia, stress and anxiety? How is your physical health? Do you wish to stop smoking, drinking, eating too much or too little? How is your love life? You had dreams and aspirations as a little girl. Have you lived your dreams or lost hope of attaining them? If you had your life to live over again what person or event would you live without?   These are only a few of the questions that are asked by personal coach, Al Rodee, who teaches and practices Emotional Freedom Technique to help people find their dreams again and begin living them. Today's workshop will focus on empowering you to take care of yourself. We will practice EFT together in the group and witness some of the change that is possible with EFT. Whether we are working in a large group or in private session almost any emotional or physical problem can be healed. Learn the basics that you can begin to apply right away to heal your life from whatever is bothering you. We will laugh and cry and ask and answer questions in this 90 minute workshop.
